A vacancy now exists within the Doors Projects Department for a Project Manager to manage multiple projects.
These projects are challenging from a customer management perspective and potentially very rewarding.
The key attributes required are:
?Ability to work reliably and autonomously.
?Must be a driver, a pusher and leader to achieve Project objectives and performance requirements.
?Able to achieve results through others, manage interfaces.
?Must be a champion of change, able to identify and reduce risk areas by managing change and uncertainty.
?Must have an understanding of Project Management duties ie:
Customer*Client liaison and reporting.
Planning Projects (methodology, staffing, costs and timelining).
Understanding and experience of earned value progress assessment.
Monitoring and control of Project expenditure.
Contract administration with Customer.
?Must have an interest and willingness to learn.
?Must be computer literate, (word processing, spreadsheets).
?Must possess excellent communication skills, written and oral.
?The position will require occasional travel in the UK and abroad.
